The CHDC is committed to elevating your on-ice performance. To do this, players and goaltenders need specialized training methods, a positive training environment and certified trainers with the highest credentials in the fitness industry. Hard work, commitment and a positive attitude combined with Complete Athletics off-ice player programming will ensure that you elevate your game to the next level. Players will receive a complete approach to training encompassing all aspects of elite performance under one roof. Nowhere else can you hit the gym, hit the ice, rehab an injury, mentally prepare and grab a shake while hanging out where hockey is our life!

OPEN GYM
The CHDC gym is open daily form 1pm-4:30 pm. Come at your convenience to utilize the facility. Individualized workouts are created for each player. There is a trainer on hand to aid and motivate you through your routine.
*note: Open gym is included in the EXCLUSIVE GROUP TRAINING packages for additional usage

These classes are specialized and are open to registration on a weekly basis.

Aerobic and Anaerobic Systems
On-Ice
All Programs are combined with an On-Ice component. You will apply strength, speed and agility acquired in the gym immediately on the ice. What better way to work your anaerobic conditioning for your game than right on the ice. Sessions will use off-ice philosophies to transfer speed, balance and explosiveness directly to your game.
Nutrition
Whether you are a professional or junior athlete, what you eat and drink will greatly affect how well you perform on and off the ice. CA will provide you with nutritional guidelines to help you prepare pre workout and recover properly in between sessions. For a more detailed approach to your nutrition, the CHDC has partnered with Bruce Boner of “Living Science” ; Bruce’s expertise will help any athlete.
Physio
The CHDC has an in-house physiotherapist, “West Physio”, available for immediate treatment or to assess any on going conditions.
Pre and Post Shake Options
BioSteel shake options pre, during and post workouts are readily available at the CHDC. Purchase a shake plan of 20 and save over the summer.
